• Experience screening and interviewing applicants
• Familiar with recruiting property/real estate Sales Agents and understanding sales-related positions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, resourceful and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment activities
• Existing network or talent pool of real estate Sales Agents (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified real estate Sales Agents
• Post and promote job vacancies through various recruitment channels
• Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews
• Maintain an active pool of Sales Agent candidates
• Coordinate interviews and assist in the hiring process
• Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates
• Develop strategies to increase the number of qualified Sales Agent applicants
• Assist HR in other recruitment-related activities
