Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably real estate, sales, or construction.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Experience recruiting sales agents is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple hiring requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with applicants and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess basic qualifications.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking log.
• Assist in creating job postings and recruitment materials.
• Support onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress to the HR team.
