Job summary

Filinvest Land, Inc. seeks an Office-based associate to validate and review applications, encode data into the system, and manage bookings with accuracy. You will respond to inquiries from buyers and sellers, verify unit availability, pricing and financing schemes, and coordinate with internal teams.

The role may require field support during weekend Cebu City sales events, and involves handling multiple responsibilities in a one-person Cebu operations setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• 1–2 years of work experience in an office-based role.
• Preferably with experience in Local real estate, small local developers, mall operations, administrative work, sales acceptance or account management functions.
• Strong multitasking skills, including submission and monitoring of requirements, tagging and tracking documentation, reviewing and managing sales accounts.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and able to manage tasks independently.
• Comfortable dealing with clients through both email and face-to-face interactions with sellers.
• Cebu operations function as a one-person team with ability to handle multiple responsibilities and agile to take on additional tasks.
• Fieldwork/official business: may be required to provide sales support during weekend events in Cebu City.
• Weekend and Holiday Work: required only during scheduled sales events.

Responsibilities

• Executes quality validation and review of complete applications and buyer-submitted requirements.
• Encodes client information and books applications in the system, ensuring policy compliance.
• Adheres to booking error rate targets and follow-up procedures.
• Provides timely responses to Buyers, Sellers, Agents, Brokers, and internal customers via walk-in, phone, or email.
• Ensures real-time verification of unit availability, pricing, financing and seller affiliations in the system.
