Responsibilities

Promote Filinvest Land properties through manning, advertisements, and other effective strategies.
Provide site tours for ocular visits.
Prospect and source potential clients while delivering excellent customer service.
Ensure the closing of sales.
Prepare necessary paperwork for clients and ensure collection of required documents.
Develop and maintain client database.
Prepare and facilitate effective client presentations.
Render overall customer service.
Ensure efficient delivery of monthly sales targets.
Facilitate after-sales service.
Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property at the right price under the best terms.
Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
Remain knowledgeable about company products, real estate markets, and industry best practices.
