Job summary

Filinvest Land Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to be the frontline face for walk-in clients, buyers, homeowners and brokers.

You will manage front desk reception, handle in-person, email and call inquiries, and ensure timely service requests are resolved. The role includes processing documents, supporting post-sale requests, and maintaining SLA-compliant response times while coordinating with other departments as needed.

Qualifications

1–2 years in customer service, front desk, hotel reception or real estate property management.
Strong verbal and written communication; active listening and conflict resolution.
Professional presence with excellent interpersonal skills and composure.
Familiarity with CALM, Salesforce, SAP or internal property software.

Responsibilities

Greet visiting clients, log visitors, and manage front desk operations.
Address walk-in inquiries about property details, units, turnover, payments, and account status.
Receive, verify, and log contracts, buyer information sheets, and service requests.
Assist homeowners with post-sale requests (modifications, title transfers, occupancy permits).
Ensure quick response times and SLA-compliant handling of tickets.
Coordinate with other units/departments to resolve customer concerns; escalate when needed.
Maintain accurate interaction summaries and logs in CALM system.
