This role requires a confident, results-driven communicator with excellent listening and English skills, plus the discipline to work remotely with high-volume leads and targets.

• Experience closing sales or negotiating deals over the phone.
• Strong negotiation skills, including objection handling.
• Excellent phone skills and confident phone presence.
• Outstanding listening and communication in English.
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Call and follow up with seller leads to build rapport and steer toward a deal.
• Ask the right questions to understand motivation, timeline, and price expectations.
• Present offers and negotiate price and terms with confidence.
• Handle objections professionally and guide sellers to signed agreements.
• Follow up with leads not ready to sell to avoid lost opportunities.
• Log calls, notes, offers, and deal stages in Salesforce.
• Use online tools to research property and seller information.
• Work toward daily and weekly targets and report progress.
• Collaborate with the team to hand off signed deals and move them forward.
