Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years in logistics, warehouse and distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is advantageous.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience in transportation logistics with focus on linehaul is a plus.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance.
• Strong communication and collaboration with drivers and vendors.
• Leadership experience in warehouse or hub environment.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster and work shifts.
• Administrative capabilities for hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule truck arrival and departure to reduce idle time with real-time adjustments.
• Develop optimal truck routing to maximize route efficiency and utilization while reducing costs.
• Build and manage relationships with 3PL vendors for day-to-day operations.
• Ensure consistent truck availability for transporting orders to hubs.
• Schedule daily truck call times considering throughput and dock availability.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Perform other tasks to support RC operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Google Suite (Doc, Sheet, Slide)
• Proven experience in transportation logistics; focus on linehaul operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with internal teams, truckers, and drivers.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
