Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an RC Transport Coordinator in Manila to optimize inbound parcels and hub deliveries. The role involves coordinating linehaul dispatch with 3PL vendors, booking trucks, and ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality service delivery across designated hubs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in logistics or distribution, and demonstrates strong communication and leadership in a warehouse or hub setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years in logistics, warehouse and distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is advantageous.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience in transportation logistics with focus on linehaul is a plus.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance.
• Strong communication and collaboration with drivers and vendors.
• Leadership experience in warehouse or hub environment.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster and work shifts.
• Administrative capabilities for hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule truck arrival and departure to reduce idle time with real-time adjustments.
• Develop optimal truck routing to maximize route efficiency and utilization while reducing costs.
• Build and manage relationships with 3PL vendors for day-to-day operations.
• Ensure consistent truck availability for transporting orders to hubs.
• Schedule daily truck call times considering throughput and dock availability.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Perform other tasks to support RC operations.
