Job summary

Shopee in Metro Manila seeks an RC Transport Coordinator to optimize inbound parcels, coordinate linehaul schedules with 3PLs, and ensure timely deliveries to hubs.

This role requires at least 3 years in logistics, strong communication, leadership, and ability to work shifts across a designated cluster; willing to be assigned anywhere in cluster.

You will manage truck arrivals/departures, routing, payments, and liaison with drivers and agency teams to maintain compliant, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse and distribution.
• Experience in ecommerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience in transportation logistics; linehaul focus a plus.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal teams, truckers, and drivers.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to work shifts as scheduled.

Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

About the Team:

The RC Transport Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and optimizing transport operations by collaborating closely with the RC Lead and Coordinator to ensure that all inbound parcels and bulkies for designated hubs are efficiently sorted and loaded onto trucks. This role also manages linehaul dispatch schedules in partnership with third-party logistics (3PL) vendors by booking and requesting trucks and managing billing,

Ultimately, the role ensures that all parcels and shipments are consistently delivered to Hub Operations in a timely manner and guarantee efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.

Job Description:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Google Suite (Doc, Sheet, Slide)
• Proven experience in transportation logistics; focus on linehaul operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with internal teams, truckers, and drivers.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
