Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking an RC Coordinator to support day-to-day RC operations, including manpower allocation, linehaul receiving, validation, inspection, and sorting of parcels to designated hubs.

You will assist in monitoring RC performance, preparing operational reports, and coordinating with agency partners and backroom staff. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in logistics are required; shift work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder with 3+ years in Logistics, Warehouse or Distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is advantageous.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities in a warehouse or hub setting.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office; able to work with internal/external teams.
• Willing to shift work and adapt to cluster assignments as needed.

Responsibilities

About The Team

The RC Coordinator supports the RC Lead in the day-to-day execution of RC operations including RC manpower allocation, linehaul receiving. validation and inspection, sorting of parcels and bulkies to designated hubs and linehaul loading. The role assists in monitoring RC performance, preparing operational reports, supporting customer escalations, coordinating with RC Transport, agency partners, backroom staff and loaders, and performing other tasks necessary to ensure efficient and effective RC operations.

Job Description

• Assist in day-to-day RC operations including manpower allocation, linehaul receiving. validation and inspection, sorting of parcels and bulkies to designated hubs and linehaul loading.


• Support monitoring of RC performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of RC KPIs.


• Create, review, and validate RC reports.


• Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.


• Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance RC productivity.


• Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.


• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.


• Perform other tasks as required to support RC operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder


• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.


• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.


• Basic proficiency in Google Suite (Doc, Sheet, Slide)


• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with internal teams and external service provider.


• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment


• Experience in payments processing or similar function


• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)


• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster


• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules


• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations
