Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on Qualtrics implementation experience, strong CX/VoC understanding, and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This full-time role follows EST hours and is a 4-month contract, requiring collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Qualtrics implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of Customer Experience (CX) and Voice of Customer (VoC) programs.
• Experience with Qualtrics Digital, Website/App Feedback, or XM Platform.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in a consulting, agency, or enterprise environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and optimize Qualtrics Digital Experience (DX) solutions.
• Deploy and manage website intercepts, digital feedback programs, and customer experience initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Qualtrics solutions.
• Perform QA testing, troubleshoot implementation issues, and ensure platform reliability.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Manage multiple implementation projects and timelines.
• Maintain implementation documentation and best practices.
