Job summary

You will mentor teammates, analyze workflows for process improvements, and maintain training documentation. Strong HTML/CSS, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success at Q4.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in customer service, tech support, or escalation roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Located in Mexico, able to work a strict EST schedule.
• Experience mentoring or training others.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify root causes.
• Understanding of Investor Relations content and where it resides on an IR site.
• Independent troubleshooting for routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation, quality assurance, and execution of web earnings updates for all Q4 customers.
• Prioritize earnings updates during quarterly cycles; use off-season for project work.
• Serve as first point of escalation for internal and customer issues.
• Analyze workflows to identify gaps and trends and collaborate with the product team on solutions.
• Create, update, and maintain process documentation for training and tracking.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups and mentor fellow Earnings Support Specialists.
• Measure performance based on project completion and initiative delivery.
