DCX Client Services is hiring a Home-Based Implementation Specialist in the Philippines. You will configure and launch client e-commerce storefronts, translating brand guidelines into polished online experiences.

The role requires strong HTML/CSS, working knowledge of JavaScript, and an eye for design. You will collaborate with internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and manage multiple projects while aligning with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Web Development/Multimedia Arts or related field preferred.
• Experience in web development, e-commerce implementation, or related technical role.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight or US hours from the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and launch client e-commerce storefronts on Liftoff Commerce platform.
• Translate brand guidelines and design mockups into polished storefronts with HTML/CSS.
• Use JavaScript for storefront customizations as needed.
• Build web-to-print templates using Pageflex and other tools.
• Collaborate with Account Management to meet project requirements.
• Test features and support QA to ensure quality and consistency.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
