Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist to drive onboarding and enterprise account implementations from Eastwood, Quezon City. You will configure and align setups with business objectives, develop scalable account structures, and coordinate with customers on search strategies and reporting needs.

The role requires at least 2 years in implementation or a customer-facing role, strong English communication, and the ability to work full-time during EST night hours.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in implementation or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong English-language proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience communicating directly with customers through phone or video conference.
• Ability to explain technical and strategic concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations and competing priorities.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
• Willingness and ability to work full-time during EST business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding and implementation of enterprise customer accounts, ensuring accurate configuration aligned with business objectives.
• Develop scalable account structures across business units, product lines, geographic markets, and audience segments.
• Conduct keyword research, categorization, page grouping, and competitive research within the platform.
• Configure AI Search Performance tracking, including customer personas, topics, and prompts.
• Partner with customers to understand their search strategy, reporting requirements, competitive landscape, and business priorities.
• Configure, validate, and troubleshoot analytics integrations such as Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics.
• Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate solutions with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding progress, requirements, risks, and next steps.
• Create implementation plans, progress trackers, and documentation to keep projects organized.
• Present research findings and implementation strategies to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple enterprise implementation projects while maintaining timelines.
• Use AI tools to support research, analysis, documentation, QA, and process improvement.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate implementation processes and contribute to best practices.
