We are seeking a Quality and Risk Management Specialist to support our team in monitoring operational quality, tracking business risks, and driving continuous process improvement. In this role, you will collect operational data, maintain compliance documentation, analyze workflow bottlenecks, and collaborate across departments to ensure adherence to company standards and ISO frameworks.

Risk Register Support: Assist in gathering risk data from various departments and maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) register.
Audit & Compliance Assistance: Support ISO 27001 compliance tasks, assist in compiling documentation for internal/external audits, and track Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) records.
Data & Process Analysis: Collect operational metrics and workflow data to identify process bottlenecks, efficiency gaps, and operational risks.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for routine quality inquiries, track project milestones, and facilitate administrative communication across teams.
Documentation Maintenance: Help draft, format, and organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, and departmental reports.
Root Cause & Incident Analysis: Participate in investigating operational incidents, customer complaints, or compliance deviations to recommend corrective measures.
Risk Mitigation Monitoring: Follow up on department-level risk mitigation action plans to ensure risks are appropriately contained and resolved.
Vendor & Third-Party Assessment: Assist in evaluating third-party risks or vendor compliance as required under ISO standards.
Quality & Risk Training: Assist in developing and delivering basic training materials or informational updates regarding company quality policies and ISO procedures to internal staff.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management support, compliance administration, or business analysis.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Knowledge on quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 27001) or CAPA/root-cause analysis tools is a strong advantage.
