Responsibilities

• Establish quality management systems guidelines and procedures including manuals, work instructions, templates, and forms.
• Responsible in the monitoring and maintenance of the applicable procedures and instructions.
• Spearheaded and ensured periodic Internal Quality Audits; provided support to the audit program as needed, such as facilitation of training on awareness, audit planning, and documentation.
• Acts as the repository of all important company documents.
• Review, maintain, and update registered documents and records.
• Oversee and guide the proper use of all forms and ensure that they conform to the standards, procedures, and timing in their usage.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications

• College graduate; preferably Industrial Engineering
• With minimum 3 years of work experience related to quality management and process improvement
• Knowledgeable of international standards of quality management such as, but not limited to ISO 9001: 2015
• Able to accurately analyze and interpret common business documents.
• With the ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, suppliers, and business partners
• With excellent communication skills -verbal, written, and platform skills; able to present ideas in a concise and exact manner.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and prioritize accordingly.
• Methodical, neat, and has strong attention to details.
• Has strong analytical skills and is able to draw sound judgment in complex situations.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork when necessary.
