Prime Worldwide Paper Packaging Corp. seeks a Quality Assurance/ISO Specialist to maintain the QMS, prepare for internal and external audits, and ensure ISO compliance across departments. You will assist in cost control, purchasing documentation, and cost analyses, collaborating with multiple teams to uphold quality standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
With experience in ISO documentation and Quality Management System (QMS).
Knowledge or experience as QMR is an advantage.
With experience in internal/external audit preparation and coordination.
Knowledge in Purchasing/Procurement and Costing.
Strong documentation, organization, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Maintain and update ISO documents, procedures, work instructions, forms, and quality records.
Assist the Quality Management Representative (QMR) in implementing and monitoring the Quality Management System.
Prepare and organize documents and records required for internal and external audits.
Conduct or assist in internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and company procedures.
Monitor audit findings, corrective actions, and follow-ups until proper closure.
Coordinate with different departments regarding ISO compliance and quality requirements.
Handle purchasing activities, including supplier canvassing, quotation comparison, purchase orders, and supplier coordination.
Monitor purchasing costs and ensure materials and services are acquired at reasonable and competitive prices.
Prepare and maintain costing reports, cost comparisons, and related records.
Assist in analyzing material, labor, and other operational costs.
Evaluate and maintain supplier documentation and performance records.
Ensure proper filing, control, and traceability of documents and records.
Prepare reports and other documentation required by management.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
