Job summary

Centro Supersales Inc. is seeking a Quality Management Systems Officer to drive audit, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization. The role focuses on executing QMS programs, monitoring performance, analyzing trends, and coordinating with stakeholders to implement quality initiatives.

You will conduct quality studies, support internal audits per ISO standards, and promote workflow improvements with a strong emphasis on training and awareness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, internal audit, process improvement, documentation, compliance, operations support, or organizational development.
  • Able to execute, monitor, analyze trends, and evaluate the effectiveness of QMS programs and productivity initiatives.
  • Able to perform quality studies for organizational improvement.
  • Able to serve as a QMS Internal Auditor aligned with ISO 9001:2015 audit principles.
  • Able to coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, process owners, and department representatives.
  • Able to analyze process redundancy and recommend process simplification or improvement actions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned QMS programs, activities, and initiatives based on the approved QMS plan, schedule, and guidelines.
  • Monitor the status, progress, output, and effectiveness of QMS programs including Continuous Improvement Program, Internal Customer Satisfaction Management System, QMS Internal Audit Program, Quality Starts With Me Program, and QMS training and awareness activities.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain monitoring trackers, dashboards, reports, and program accomplishment records.
  • Analyze trends, recurring issues, delays, low performance areas, non-submissions, service gaps, audit findings, customer feedback, and improvement opportunities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of assigned QMS programs by checking whether the intended outputs, targets, and improvement results were achieved.
  • Conduct quality studies to identify organizational issues, process gaps, inefficiencies, service delays, repeated errors, redundant activities, and improvement opportunities.
  • Perform as a QMS Internal Auditor in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 principles and the company's approved audit program.
  • Coordinate with department heads, process owners, quality coordinators, internal customers, and QMS team members regarding assigned QMS activities.
  • Assist in the conduct of QMS trainings, orientations, coaching sessions, and awareness activities.
  • Review existing workflows, procedures, forms, reports, and approval steps to identify redundant, duplicated, outdated, unclear, or non-value-adding activities

About the role

The Quality Management Systems Officer holds the Audit, Compliance & Continuous Improvement Division of the QMS Department. This position is responsible for executing, monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of assigned QMS programs and quality initiatives across the organization. About you
