Milagrita Global Food Corporation is seeking a Purchasing Staff to support procurement of meat and food products. You will ensure orders are processed accurately and on time, while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes organized, detail-oriented work and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Entry-level candidates are welcome and can learn and grow within the team.

Competenze

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in purchasing/procurement.
• Experience handling meat, food, or FMCG products is preferred.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, Restaurant, or Food Processing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, supplier coordination, and basic purchasing processes.

Purchasing Staff – Meat & Food

Join our growing team!

We are looking for a Purchasing Staff who will assist in the procurement of meat and food products and ensure that purchasing requirements are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing meat, food products, and other assigned items.

• Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, lead times, and deliveries.

• Prepare and process purchase orders and other purchasing documents.

• Monitor orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

• Check and compare supplier quotations and prices.

• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.

• Coordinate with the warehouse, operations, and other departments regarding purchasing requirements.

• Monitor inventory or stock requirements and assist in ensuring timely replenishment.

• Help maintain good working relationships with suppliers.

• Perform other purchasing-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in purchasing/procurement.

• Preferably with experience handling meat, food, or other FMCG products.

• Experience in the Food & Beverage, Restaurant, or Food Processing, is an advantage.

• Familiarity with purchase orders, supplier coordination, and basic purchasing processes.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to monitor multiple purchasing requirements.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Open to entry-level/rank-and-file purchasing professionals who are willing to learn and grow.
