Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in purchasing/procurement.
• Experience handling meat, food, or FMCG products is preferred.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, Restaurant, or Food Processing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, supplier coordination, and basic purchasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing meat, food products and other items.
• Coordinate with suppliers on availability, pricing and deliveries.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and related documents.
• Monitor orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Check supplier quotations and prices; maintain purchasing records.
