Job summary

Umami Experience Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Staff to manage sourcing, ordering, and inventory of food supplies for our restaurant operations in the Metro Manila area. You will ensure quality, timely deliveries, and cost efficiency across multiple store locations.

Responsibilities include supplier relations, PO processing, inventory monitoring, and adherence to safety and quality standards, with a focus on accurate records and effective cost control.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing for food or restaurant operations
• Knowledge of ingredients, shelf life, and food safety standards
• Familiarity with inventory management and basic cost control principles
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills to manage supplier relationships

About the role
