Job Description

• Apply mechanical engineering, supply chain, and procurement-related skills in daily operations.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best value and quality.
• Prepare and process Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Manage procurement documentation, including contracts, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, operations, and warehouse teams for project execution.
• Follow up on deliveries, resolve issues, and monitor supplier performance.
• Ensure supplier compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supplier evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all procurement activities.
• Monitor costs, identify savings opportunities, and support ethical sourcing practices.
• Utilize ERP systems for procurement and supply chain management.
