Job summary

• Accomplish Purchase Orders (POs).
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Purchasing Head.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs canvassing of requested items from the Production Departments and other departments and seeks approval from the Purchasing Manager for the \"best\" suppliers in accordance with the Company's guidelines.
• Sources qualified suppliers and obtains competitive quotations.
• Ensures that purchased materials comply with company specifications.
• Accomplishes Purchase Orders (POs).
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Purchasing Head.

Job Requirements:

• High level of integrity, attention to detail, hardworking, and organized.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accountancy, or a related field.
• With at least 3 to 5 years of work experience in the same position. Preferably in a FMCG or Food Manufacturing Company.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience in cost analysis, vendor accreditation and sourcing strategies preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent negotiation skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Having a valid driver’s license is an advantage
• Must be willing to work in Makati City.
