Overview

• Identify purchasing needs and develop procurement strategies
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Experience and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the food or food manufacturing industry
• Procurement expertise: Strong background in sourcing raw materials, packaging supplies, and food-grade ingredients
• Compliance: Experience working with suppliers/vendors compliant with food safety standards
• Network: Existing network of reliable suppliers and vendors in the food manufacturing or related industries
• Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making skills; Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
