Job summary

Vikings Group of Companies is seeking an experienced purchasing professional to source and procure food and non-food supplies for restaurant operations. You will manage supplier canvassing, price/contract negotiations, purchase orders, and delivery monitoring to ensure quality and cost standards.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with a focus on inventory control and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in restaurant/hospitality/F&B
• Knowledge of supplier sourcing, canvassing, price negotiation, and purchasing procedures
• Good understanding of inventory and cost control
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple purchasing requirements
• Good supplier and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to work onsite in Parañaque and under shifting/operational requirements when needed

About the role

Responsible for sourcing and purchasing food and non-food supplies required for restaurant operations. Handles supplier sourcing and canvassing, price and contract negotiations, purchase orders, delivery monitoring, inventory coordination, and supplier relationships. Ensures that all purchased items meet the required quality, specifications, quantity, and cost standards while supporting the timely availability of operational requirements.

About you
