Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Purchasing Assistant in Metro Manila to support procurement of materials, coordinate with suppliers, and check delivered items. You will help keep accurate records and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires attention to detail, timely follow-ups, and collaboration with Production and Warehouse. Prior experience in purchasing or inventory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in purchasing materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and follow up orders.
• Check and receive delivered items.
• Monitor stocks and inventory levels.
• Record incoming and outgoing items.
• Conduct regular inventory counts.
• Prepare purchasing and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and other departments.
• Report purchasing and inventory concerns to the Purchasing Head and Management.
