Job summary

Fenestram Corporation in Bulacan is seeking an attentive Purchasing Clerk/Procurement Officer to manage supplier relations and ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing of materials.

You will forecast demand, evaluate bids, and issue purchase orders while maintaining accurate supplier profiles and coordinating deliveries to support operations in Marilao.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand levels of supplies to meet company needs and monitor stock levels.
• Research to identify best products and suppliers by value, delivery schedules and quality.
• Follow up and coordinate delivery of requested items with suppliers.
• Maintain supplier profile records and build strong relationships with suppliers.
• Evaluate bids and quotations based on price and technical factors.
• Generate Purchase Orders and verify delivered items meet quality standards.

• Evaluating bids and quotations for recommendations based on

• Responsible in generating Purchase Order & ensures quality
• of the delivered items by thoroughly checking the items.
• Check all requested items of inventory staff.
