Job summary

BCP Dermatological Corporation is seeking a Purchasing Officer to manage procurement activities, coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries, and maintain accurate purchasing records. The role emphasizes ensuring quality execution and efficient vendor interactions to support project requirements.

The successful candidate will oversee purchase orders, monitor deliveries, negotiate optimal terms, and plan inventory to prevent stockouts while aligning with specifications and pricing data.

Responsibilities

• Ensures competent quality execution
• Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the database
• Execution and supervision of all regular purchasing duties
• Handling and monitoring of claims to suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects
• Coordinates with suppliers to ensure time delivery
• Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders
• Monitors and coordinates deliveries of items between suppliers
• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package
• Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification and quotation
• Plan and manage inventory
• Source for new parts, suppliers when the need arises
