Acxelsus is seeking a Client Support — Purchasing Assistant to help monitor orders, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure timely procurement. You will manage PO ETAs, support with pricing changes, and coordinate with internal teams for efficient purchasing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage Domestic Purchasing inbox and route inquiries.
• Coordinate Purchase Order ETAs with internal teams.
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm PO ETAs and follow-ups.
• Maintain Domestic PO Tracker for status visibility.
• Collect PODs, tracking details, and invoices for warehouse receipts.
• Coordinate issue resolution for damaged or incorrect goods.
