Job summary

Acxelsus is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to support the Domestic Purchasing team by monitoring purchase orders, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring timely, cost-effective purchasing.

You will coordinate with internal departments and the warehouse, manage PO tracking in SAP, handle PODs and invoices, and resolve delivery discrepancies with suppliers while upholding our values of reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3 years in client support focusing on purchasing or procurement.
• Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for PO tracking.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is an advantage.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain good supplier relationships and follow up on ETAs and pricing changes.
• Coordinate with internal departments and warehouse on deliveries and PO progress.
• Update PO tracker to keep statuses and timelines accurate and visible.
• Collect PODs, invoices, and delivery documentation for warehouse processing.
• Resolve discrepancies with suppliers and manage credit notes or replacements.
• Handle PO collections with internal teams and manage outbound tickets.
• Process pricing and quantity updates in the SAP system for approved variances.
