Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description

The Property Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the National Capital Region, Philippines. This role involves promoting and selling Taylormade residential and commercial properties, conducting property tours, and presenting features and benefits to prospective buyers. The Property Specialist will respond to inquiries, provide accurate information on pricing and availability, and guide clients through the reservation and documentation process. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating with internal teams on listings and marketing materials, and tracking leads and sales activities. The role also involves attending site events, open houses, and client meetings to support overall sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess experience or knowledge in Residential Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate to support property sales and client advisory.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Candidates should possess basic proficiency in office productivity tools and CRM or lead-tracking systems.
• Relevant experience in real estate sales, property development, or a related field is highly beneficial.
• A college degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred but not strictly required with strong experience.
• Ability to work on-site in the National Capital Region, manage multiple clients, and maintain a professional, ethical approach to sales.
