Job summary

Metrostar Realty and Development, Inc. is seeking a Property Specialist to join its Sales team in Quezon City and San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. You will help clients find homes, present residential projects, arrange viewings, and guide them through the sales process.

The role emphasizes strong communication, customer focus, and ability to travel. Training will be provided, and a 3% commission with additional incentives is offered.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years of college (72 units). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1 year of related sales experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• Driven to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
• Professional, personable, and confident when dealing with clients.
• Able to build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Willing to travel as required.
• Willing to work during holidays when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Showcasing residential properties to prospective buyers and providing detailed information about property features, amenities, and investment potential.
• Identifying and qualifying potential clients through various channels, including walk-ins, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Conducting sales presentations and trial closing activities.
• Managing client documentation and ensuring all sales paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Building and maintaining a database of clients and leads whilst following up consistently to nurture relationships and generate repeat business.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including legal, finance, and marketing, to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Attending property viewings, open houses, and promotional events to showcase available units.
• Providing post-sale support and maintaining client relationships to encourage referrals and testimonials.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

About the role

Metrostar Realty and Development Inc. is looking for a Property Specialist to join our Sales team in Quezon City and San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

As a Property Specialist, you will help clients find a home that fits their needs and budget. You will connect with potential buyers, introduce them to our residential projects, answer their questions, arrange property viewings, and assist them throughout the sales process.
