Job summary

Taylormade Development Corporation in the National Capital Region, Philippines, is seeking a Property Specialist to promote and sell Taylormade residential and commercial properties on-site. Daily duties include building client relationships, coordinating with internal marketing and listings teams, and tracking leads and sales activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience or knowledge in residential and commercial real estate.
• Sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
• Basic proficiency in office productivity tools and CRM.
• Relevant experience in real estate sales or property development is beneficial.
• Degree in Business/Marketing/Real Estate preferred but not required with strong experience.
• Ability to work on-site in the National Capital Region and manage multiple clients.
