• Assist clients with processes, documentation, account concerns, and property inquiries.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure a positive client experience throughout transactions.
• Provide basic technical support to clients and internal users using the company’s CRM and property management systems.
• Assist users with system-related concerns, data updates, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure client information and documentation are updated and maintained in the system.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to address escalated issues and ensure timely resolutions.
