Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Promoting FLI properties through manning, advertisements, and other effective strategies.
• Providing site tours for ocular visits.
• Prospecting and sourcing potential clients while delivering excellent customer service.
• Ensuring the closing of sales.
• Preparing necessary paperwork for clients and ensuring collection of required documents.
• Developing and maintaining a client database.
• Preparing and facilitating effective client presentations.
• Rendering overall customer service.
• Ensuring efficient delivery of the monthly sales target.
• Facilitating after-sales service.
• Providing guidance and assisting buyers in purchasing property at the right price under the best terms.
• Determining clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
• Remaining knowledgeable about company products, real estate markets, and industry best practices.

About You

The company is looking for candidates with:

• A graduate of any 2 or 4-year course or at least 72 college units earned.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Real estate or sales experience is an advantage but not required.
