LCC - Liberty Commercial Center Inc. is seeking a Property Management Head to lead the SBU's operational effectiveness and strategic execution.

The Property Management Head is accountable for driving the operational effectiveness, efficiency, and overall strategy execution of the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to achieve its overarching strategic goals. Working in alignment with the SBU President, the position focuses on developing and executing tactical plans, optimizing property portfolios to maximize revenue, and fostering strong tenant and customer relationships to boost attraction, development, and retention. Additionally, the role shapes an organizational high-performance culture by implementing people management practices centered on empowerment, collaboration, quality, and productivity.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Formulate and execute short- and long-term SBU strategies, aligning organizational priorities, adapting to market trends, and advising on property acquisitions and expansions.
Property Portfolio Optimization: Oversee lease negotiations, marketing strategies, and property maintenance plans to maximize property value, space utilization, and portfolio performance.
Operational Oversight: Establish productivity goals, manage vendor/service contracts, conduct routine business reviews, and approve repairs and capital improvement projects.
Financial & Budget Leadership: Drive P&L targets (revenue, profitability, cost leadership), collaborate on financial forecasting, and strictly manage OPEX, CAPEX, and project budgets.
Customer & Tenant Experience: Build strong tenant relationships, resolve disputes, implement feedback surveys, and establish service and retention standards to minimize vacancies.
Governance & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to laws, safety standards, corporate governance, ethical guidelines, and company policies across all property management operations.
Enterprise Risk Management: Identify operational and third-party risks, implement mitigation strategies, and collaborate with Legal and Internal Audit to align risk policies.
Team Leadership & Culture: Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative work environment, model core values, drive open communication, and align team vision with overall organizational goals.
Talent Development & Workforce Planning: Manage organizational structure, approve key staffing movements (hiring, promotions, transfers), and drive training programs to build core competencies.
Performance Metrics & Agility: Set and manage KPIs (P&L, EBITDA, tenant/employee satisfaction, market share) while remaining adaptable for ad-hoc leadership requests, site travel, or flexible hours.
Strategic Leadership & Vision: Proven ability to align long-term business strategies with market trends to drive property performance and growth.
Financial Acumen: Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and data-driven financial decision-making.
Operational Excellence: Track record of optimizing daily operations, maintenance standards, and leasing performance.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with tenants, property owners, investors, and internal teams.
Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to navigate market shifts, manage operational challenges, and thrive in dynamic real estate environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
12–15+ years of progressive track record in property management, building administration, commercial center/mall operations, and lease management.
Minimum 5 years of direct business unit/department management leading teams.
3–5 years of direct experience in leasing management and/or mall operations, along with 1–2 years of hands‑on marketing experience.
