• Minimum of 4 years of experience in property management, real estate, or commercial building operation.
• At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong background in facilities management, building operations, financial management, and tenant relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
