The Property Management Associate provides administrative and operational support for managing assigned ZWRI properties. The position supports tenant coordination, lease and property documentation, property inspections, monitoring tenant concerns and receivables, and coordinating with Technical, Operations, Finance & Accounting, Credit & Collections, and external service providers to ensure smooth, efficient property operations.
Provide administrative and operational support for managing assigned properties
Support tenant coordination and lease documentation
Manage property documentation and records
Conduct property inspections
Monitor tenant concerns and receivables
Coordinate with Technical, Operations, Finance & Accounting, Credit & Collections, and external service providers
Bachelor's degree in real estate management, property management, business administration, management, or a related field
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in property management, real estate, leasing, customer service, administration, or a related field
Excellent knowledge of tenant/customer relations and administrative processes
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Able to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Acts ahead of time, trustworthy, attentive to customer needs, and open to learning.
Willing to conduct property/site inspections and perform field coordination when required
