Asia Affinity Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee overall property operations, maintenance, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

The role ensures compliance with policies, regulations, and high service standards for residents, clients, and stakeholders. You will lead the property management team, coordinate with clients and contractors, manage budgets, generate reports, and implement preventive maintenance to enhance efficiency and occupant

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience in property management preferred.

  • Proven budget and financial management knowledge.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
  • Professional license or certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and overall administration of the assigned property.
  • Ensure the property, facilities, amenities, and common areas are properly maintained, safe, clean, and operational.
  • Lead, supervise, and manage property management personnel to ensure effective performance and service delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, homeowners, residents, tenants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding property concerns and operational requirements.
  • Monitor and manage property budgets, operating expenses, collections, and financial performance in coordination with the Finance/Accounting team.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of operational, financial, maintenance, and management reports.
  • Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs, repairs, and improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, property rules and regulations, contracts, government requirements, and applicable laws.
  • Handle and resolve resident, tenant, client, and stakeholder concerns professionally and within established service standards.
  • Monitor security, safety, emergency preparedness, and risk management programs within the property.
  • Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels, contracts, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and identify opportunities for improvement, cost efficiency, and enhanced customer experience.
  • Monitor occupancy, tenant/resident concerns, facilities utilization, and other property performance indicators.
  • Ensure proper documentation and safekeeping of property records, permits, contracts, reports, and other operational documents.
  • Coordinate with the client or property owner regarding property performance, major concerns, projects, and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address operational issues and improve property performance.
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and excellent customer service among the property management team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant property management systems.
  • Professional license or relevant property management certification is an advantage.
