About the role
Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of company properties, facilities, and staff accommodations.
Key responsibilities
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure that facilities are safe, clean, functional, and properly maintained
Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and other property-related concerns with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments
Monitor utilities, property-related expenses, and maintenance requirements
Manage staff house assignments, occupancy, turnover, and property-related documentation
Maintain accurate records of company properties, equipment, furnishings, and other assets assigned to each property
Coordinate property lease, renewal, and other documentation requirements
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable property regulations
Address and resolve property-related concerns and complaints in a timely manner
Prepare reports and recommendations regarding property conditions, repairs, improvements, and expenses
About you
Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
At least 1 year of experience in property, facilities, building, or asset management
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of basic building maintenance and property operations
Ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, tenants, and employees
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy
Willing to conduct regular site/property inspections and field work
