Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the maintenance and monitoring of tenant rental payment schedules.
- Facilitate communication with tenants and compile reports on unit-related concerns.
- Attend to unit turnovers during tenant move-outs and coordinate with tenants for smooth transitions.
- Manage the processing and follow-up of work permits, gate passes, and tenant move-ins/move-outs.
- Generate official receipts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle bill payments, notarizations, document deliveries, and reception duties.
- Assist the Property Manager in daily operations and reporting requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of all property management activities.
- Provide excellent service and maintain positive tenant relations.
Qualifications
- TRUSTWORTHY, PROACTIVE, AND CUSTOMER-SERVICE ORIENTED
- Bachelor’s degree required; preference for graduates in Office Administration, Property Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in property management or customer service is highly valued.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt to both administrative and field tasks, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle tenant relations effectively.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Customer service–oriented with a professional and approachable demeanor.
