About the role
This role combines property and tenant administration with accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities. You will assist in monitoring property maintenance, repairs, inspections, and renovation requirements, coordinate property move-in and move-out activities, and manage tenant records and billing. You will also record and post daily financial transactions, maintain accounting records, prepare invoices and financial reports, and ensure government compliance and proper documentation.
Key responsibilities
Assist in monitoring property maintenance, repairs, inspections, and renovation requirements
Coordinate property move-in and move-out activities
Coordinate relocation of furniture, equipment, and appliances
Assist in updating lease agreements and maintaining tenant records
Prepare tenant statements of account, billing statements, and notices
Monitor the occupancy status and overall condition of company properties
Record and post daily financial transactions
Maintain journals, ledgers, and other accounting records
Prepare and verify invoices, payment requests, vouchers, and other accounting documents
Perform weekly bank reconciliation
About you
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, administrative work, or property management is an advantage
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Detail-oriented with good numerical and analytical skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to handle confidential financial and company information
Can work independently and coordinate effectively with different stakeholders
