Job summary

A Progressive real estate management firm is seeking a Senior Property Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sites and coordinate facilities management across residential and commercial properties.

Ideal candidates have Professional Certificate/ Diploma or Degree in Estate Management or related fields, with experience in managing condominiums or commercial buildings, and strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Candidate with self drive possess Professional Certificate/ Diploma or Degree in Estate Management or related disciplines.
• Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings.
• Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of MCST and Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the sites.
• Plan, execute and supervise facilities' management and operational activities.
• Coordinate meetings and project co-ordination in residential/commercial strata development.
• Invite quotations, evaluate services, provide recommendation reports and organise corrective maintenance of common properties.
• Administer contract renewals and issue contracts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sites

• Invite quotations, conduct evaluation for all services, provide recommendation reports and organise and coordinate Corrective Program for repairs and maintenance of the common properties
• Administer contracts renewals and issue of contracts
