- Project lifecycle management: Plan, initiate, and oversee solar projects from start to finish.
- Budget and financial management: Develop project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Team and stakeholder coordination: Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams (e.g., sales, engineering, construction) and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Compliance and quality: Ensure projects meet all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Risk and issue management: Identify potential project risks and resolve issues as they arise.
- Reporting and documentation: Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports and maintain project documentation.
- Technical oversight: Work closely with engineers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet technical specifications.
- Permitting and procurement: Manage the process of obtaining necessary permits and coordinate procurement activities.
Required skills and experience
- Proven experience in project management.
- Specific experience in solar energy projects, such as commercial, utility‑scale, or residential installations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Familiarity with relevant permits, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
- Can start ASAP.
- Willing to assign in any site location in the Philippines.
