Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination & Tracking
- Consolidate weekly and monthly project updates (schedule, budget, progress, and risks) from all sites within his/her AOR.
- Maintain and update the regional project dashboard and portfolio tracker.
- Support project managers in monitoring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Track contractor performance and follow up on action items and deadlines.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare regional PMO reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of project documentation (drawings, reports, contracts, permits).
- Manage document control systems and version tracking for all project files.
- Support the submission of progress reports to clients or authorities when required.
- Governance & Compliance
- Ensure that all regional projects follow established PMO procedures, templates, and standards.
- Support internal project audits and compliance reviews.
- Coordinate lessons-learned sessions and maintain the project knowledge database.
- Communication & Stakeholder Support
- Facilitate coordination meetings between the corporate PMO, site teams, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain communication logs, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Support the Regional PMO Manager in stakeholder engagement and escalation handling.
- Resource & Performance Monitoring
- Assist in monitoring regional resource allocation (manpower, equipment, and materials).
- Help analyze project KPIs, variance trends, and regional performance indicators.
- Compile project cost data and assist in budget tracking and forecasting.
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- PMI Certification is an advantage.
- Experience:
- 1–3 years’ experience in project coordination or PMO support role, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or construction industries.
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Experience handling multiple projects or multi-site operations is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (Power BI an advantage).
- Attention to detail and ability to consolidate data from multiple sources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of solar project lifecycle (survey-design-installation-commissioning) preferred.
