Position Title: Project Manager
Language Requirement: Mandarin and Tagalog
Key Skills and Certificates:
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, standards, and norms concerning national and local construction projects as well as the solar industry
- Mastery of the working principle of PV systems, characteristics of components/inverters and other equipment, installation and commissioning process, and ability to predict construction technical risks
- Proficient in using CAD to draw construction drawings and on-site layout diagrams
- Skilled in Office software (Excel/PPT), capable of independently compiling construction schedule plans and Gantt charts, and tracking progress and implementation
- Priority given to those holding a first or second-level constructor certificate (mechanical and electrical engineering or architectural engineering), construction worker certificate, or relevant qualification certificates in the photovoltaic industry
Key Abilities:
- Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of efficiently connecting with clients, supervisors, construction teams, and suppliers, and resolving on-site cross-operation conflicts
- Problem-solving skills, capable of responding promptly to technical issues, safety hazards, and unexpected situations during construction (such as weather influences, material shortages, etc.)
- Awareness of cost and quality control, able to optimize resource allocation and control construction costs while ensuring construction quality
- Strong sense of responsibility, with excellent team management skills, capable of driving the construction team to execute efficiently, proactive working attitude, and ability to withstand pressure
- At least 2 years of on-site project construction management experience in engineering fields
- Priority given to those with experience in construction management of PV power stations (including ground-based, rooftop, and agricultural solar types)
- Familiarity with the entire process of construction for photovoltaic projects, from civil engineering, rack installation, component laying to electrical wiring, is preferred
- Experience in EPC project management is also given priority
Education Background:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in engineering, photovoltaic engineering, electrical engineering and automation, mechatronics, etc.
- Those with a solid foundation in professional knowledge of photovoltaic systems and power engineering are ideal.
Other Requirements:
- Able to adapt to the outdoor working environment of photovoltaic projects (high temperature, open-air, remote areas, etc.) and accept long-term on-site presence or business trips
- Driver's license required, enabling proficient vehicle operation and facilitating on-site inspection, material coordination, and other tasks
- No acrophobia, hypertension, or other diseases that are not suitable for outdoor work, with physical condition able to meet high-intensity work requirements on site
