Job Title: Project Manager – Infrastructure Development
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Project Manager to lead a multi‑disciplinary team in the successful delivery of a large‑scale infrastructure project. The project encompasses Water Supply Activation, Roadway and Civil Works Construction, and Power Source Provision (Solar Panel & Generator Systems). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of the infrastructure project, ensuring all project objectives are met.
- Coordinate and supervise multi-disciplinary teams including civil engineers, electrical engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and government agencies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and present regular project reports, progress updates, and performance metrics.
- Optimize project workflows and implement best practices for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree or Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Experience:
- 10–15 years of proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with a focus on:
- Water supply systems and activation
- Roadway and civil construction works
- Renewable power sources, including solar panels and generator systems
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, and scheduling tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems efficiently.
- Familiarity with local construction codes, regulations, and environmental compliance standards.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision‑making capabilities.
