Job summary

This position requires experience with rooftop and commercial projects and a strong understanding of PV systems.

• Lead end-to-end design management for solar PV projects
• Oversee design from planning, construction drawings, to project completion
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure designs meet Philippine standards and grid requirements
• Manage design reviews, site support, and technical issues
• Control design timelines, costs, and minimize rework
• Handle design changes, optimization, and approvals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Electrical, Civil, or related field
• 3+ years experience in Solar PV design & management
• Experience in rooftop/commercial PV projects
• Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and equipment
