Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a Project Management Specialist to oversee the coordination and delivery of technology projects supporting SaaS and E‑Commerce initiatives. You will translate requirements into actionable plans and monitor delivery with Agile techniques.

• At least 2 years of experience in Technical Project Management or IT Project Management.
• Experience handling SaaS, E-Commerce, web, mobile, or software development projects.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working with technical teams of approximately 5–10 members.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and delivery monitoring.
• Knowledge of software release management and technology project implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day coordination and execution of technology projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, resource assignments, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure tasks are properly assigned, tracked, and completed within agreed timelines.
• Monitor project health and provide regular updates on progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and upcoming milestones.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in evaluating and managing scope changes, project risks, resource constraints, and delivery issues.
• Handle multiple technology projects simultaneously while maintaining visibility of priorities and deadlines.
• Organize and facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives.
• Work with Product Owners and technical teams to maintain and prioritize project backlogs.
• Maintain project documentation, action trackers, schedules, meeting minutes, RAID logs, and status reports.

About the role
