Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. seeks a Project Management Associate to join its Information Technology team supporting E-Commerce and SaaS initiatives. You will lead end-to-end tech project delivery and coordinate across teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

You will ensure projects meet schedule and quality standards while managing stakeholder relationships and risks across multiple concurrent projects. You will also facilitate daily scrums, plan sprints, and refine backlog items for recurring

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical project management experience.
• Experience delivering SaaS or e-commerce projects.
• Hands-on experience with web/mobile/software development projects.
• Proven track record leading projects using Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall.

• Manage multiple concurrent tech projects effectively.

Department & Sprint Coordination:

• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospective meetings.

• Prepare and refine backlog items for recurring sprints and project implementations.

• Drive conflict resolution guided by core scrum values: openness, honesty, and respect.

Job Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2+ years in technical project management, with a strong focus on SaaS or E-Commerce products.

• Hands‑on experience delivering web, mobile, or software development projects.

• Proven track record leading projects using SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

• Prior experience managing project rosters of 5 to 10 team members.

• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, resource deployment, software release management, and concurrent project handling.
